SportsFan (1999-2012)Qualified: 2006 | Inducted: 2007 On October 29, 2013, the Picks Club family lost one of its Hall of Fame players: SportsFan passed away after a battle with cancer. He will certainly be missed, and we are all very sorry to hear this news. He began his Picks Club career in 1999, the first year we were online. He quickly established himself as one of the best ever, winning 3 division championships (2002, 2006, 2010) and 127 (.769) regular season games in 2010. He finished his career with the 16th highest career winning percentage for regular season games (.703) and in 6th place for career regular season victories, at 1587. He is 4th in total career playoff wins with 337, and after the 2012 season, only Cougar in Big D (2446) and BlueK (2167) had more total career victories than SportsFan (1924). SportsFan was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2007. He loved college sports and loved the Picks Club. We will all greatly miss him. Career Records Career Highlights |
