The Picks Club is a group of college football and/or basketball fans who try to out-guess each other in annual football and basketball prediction contests.

2. How much does it cost to play? Do the winners earn prizes or money?

Membership in the Picks Club is completely free, which means all that is at stake is bragging rights. With only bragging rights at stake, there is a lot less pressure on each player to do well so as to not lose any money. Maybe someday, the Picks Club will have some sponsors willing to award prizes to the winners, but players will never be asked to pay a fee to be able to play.

3. Why do you run the Picks Club year after year?

I am asked this question many times. To be completely honest, I have no idea. I guess the best answer is that I'm just a sports fanatic who likes to run clubs. I plan to keep running the Picks Club as long as it stays fun.
