Picks Club Hall of Fame Requirements

To qualify for the Picks Club Hall of Fame, players must fulfill the requirements listed below. As soon as players meet the requirements, they are admitted before the start of the next season.

In 1999, when Picks Club launched its website, the number of games each week increased from 10 to 15. This meant players would make picks on 165 games during the regular season instead of 100. As a result, the qualifications were updated for the post-1988 season. Players who began making picks before 1999 have been grandfathered under the old qualifications. Both sets of qualifications are equally difficult, and it usually takes most players at least 4 years to qualify.
